Faceparty is a British social networking website. You can register and establish a free profile. Let other members get to know you by posting your relationship status, profession, your interests, likes and dislikes.
To post your own blog, find out who’s rated you and to find out who’s visited your profile, you can purchase Cool Tools for $30.95/year. With the free membership, you can limit who can see certain criteria from your profile, but you must subscribe to Cool Tools to completely limit who can view your profile or block specific members.
You can search for members by gender, sexual orientation, age, country and state.
You can also browse for members who are online. Click on the name or photo of a member and link to their profile. From there you can post comments, send them an email or initiate a private chat.
You can browse through 15 groups like Activities & Hobbies, College & University, Sports & Fitness, TV & Movies, Beliefs & Cultures and Fashion & Beauty.
You must be 16 years old to join Faceparty. Because of a British law, all photos that are uploaded to the site must be approved before they are posted, which includes profile pictures. If members wish to access adult content, they must apply for Adult Verification System (AVS) and pay a one–time fee. Despite these precautions, we came across a sexually explicit photo and sexually charged language.
Faceparty has a large FAQs section and contact information, but they won’t return your email unless you have a subscription to Cool Tools.
